Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website litemob-sg.com and the web and mobile applications and related services provided by LITEMOB PTE. LTD. (UEN 202445523H), a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us” or “our”) (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person;
  • upload or transmit malware or any harmful, unlawful, defamatory or obscene content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Services or related systems;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services, except as permitted by law; or
  • use automated means to access or collect data from the Services without our prior written permission.

4. Fees and payment

Certain Services may be offered for a fee. Prices, billing terms and any applicable taxes will be presented to you before purchase. Purchases made through a third-party app store are also subject to that store’s terms. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual property

The Services and all content, software, trademarks and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to LITEMOB PTE. LTD. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process and display that content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LITEMOB PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or SGD 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LITEMOB PTE. LTD. and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services, or update these Terms, from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore to enforce any of its terms.
